Fresh Strawberry Eggnog Cheesecake

Directions
(Crust)
Press the graham crackers in a 9x13 baking dish
Pour the melted butter over the graham crackers and press again to create a graham cracker crust. The crust may need a little more butter to ensure the graham crackers are coated well
(Filling)
In a small mixing bowl, combine the filling ingredients with a blender
Pour over the graham cracker crust and chill for two hours
(Topping)
While the cheesecake is chilling, use a small mixing bowl to combine the sugar and strawberries for the topping. Smash together well to activate the juice and dissolve the sugar
Cut rectangular pieces of the cheesecake and serve with the strawberry topping on top
