Savory Seasoned Homemade Cheeseburgers
Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground beef
2 green onions
1/4 cup of Worcestersire sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of celery salt
1 teaspoon of steak seasoning
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
4 of your favorite buns
4 slices of your favorite cheese
Optional toppings - lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mayonnaise
Restaurant style cheeseburger at home, affordable and delicious!
Directions
Put ground beef in a large bowl
Mix in Worcestersire sauce
Crush garlic into a paste and add to beef
Thinly slice green onions all the way to mid stem
Add green onions, salt, pepper, celery salt, steak seasoning, and parmesan cheese to beef
Mix well
Divide beef into four equal portions
Shape patties by hand or use a patty mold
Cook throughly over on a stove or grill. Top with sliced cheese.
Add lettuce, pickles, tomato and mayonnaise to finished cheeseburger, if desired
Additional Notes
Try flipping burger only once. If you are topping with cheese, cover with lid to let the steam melt the cheese, Enjoy with your favorite dressings and buns.
