Creamy Baked Cauliflower Casserole
This is one of the best cauliflower dishes ever. It is easy, delicious, healthy and good for kids, too.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Rinse and drain cauliflower. Break it or cut it in small pieces.
Mix cream with eggs and cheese. Pour over cauliflower.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake about 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden.
