Gran's Macaroni and Ground Beef Casserole
Quick and easy to prepare, with no mess in the kitchen. Yet ask-for-more delicious.
Directions
Fry the onions and tomatoes lightly till browned, and add the ground beef. Fry till the ground beef is browned.
Add the spices and the sweet chilli sauce or relish. Add 2-3 cups of water.
Bring to a boil, and add the macaroni. Simmer until the macaroni is al dente.
Add more water during cooking, as neccessary.
If there is too much water when finished cooking, thicken slightly with flour.
Sprinkle the top with sundried tomatoes and cheese. Close the lid, to allow the cheese to melt.
Serve hot with a salad.
