Cabbage and Keilbasa Casserole
 

Ingredients

Half head cabbage and half head red cabbage shredded
One package Polska keilbasa sliced quarter size ( 1 LB)
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp pepper and salt each
1 1/2 cups of water
1 cup mayo
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tsp honey

Like cabbage but not plain, this recipe gives the added flavor mix without much work.

Directions

In a large baking dish combine all but the mayo and mustard, and honey
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, stir couple of times to ensure ingredients are moist
When done baking, drain cabbage and Keilbasa
In a small mixing bowl, use mayo, honey, and mustard to create a cream sauce
Pour over the cabbage and Keilbasa after it has been returned to the baking dish
Stir well to coat all ingredients, serve
