Carey's Coconut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp of cornstarch
1 cup of butter at room temperature
1 1/3 cups coconut flakes
These are quick and easy cookies with tropical flavor.
Directions
Ina medium mixing bowl, combine ingredients
Roll 1/4 inch or small balls of dough
Place the coconut in a bowl an droll the cookies in the flakes, coating well
Baje at 300 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Additional Notes
If butter is too soft after mixing ingredients, place dough in the refrigerator to cool.
