Hot and Spicy Beef Burritos

This easy burrito recipe is a simple table-pleaser with a spicy kick. Just make sure you prepare enough for seconds!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups cooked beef, shredded
- 1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 chopped fresh Hot Chili peppers; mixture of different varieties adds depth to the flavors.
- 1 Cup fresh Salsa
- Soft flour tortilla shells
Directions
- In a large bowl blend meat, salsa, cheese, and hot peppers.
- Spoon 1-2 Tablespoons of meat mixture into tortilla shells fold into a package.
Additional Notes
This is a change from the regular mild beef burrito usually found on the American supper table. This kicked up version celebrates the flavors of the wonderful assortment of chili now found in our local grocery. It is quick and full flavored meal that is a great use for left over pot roast.
