1 lb ground chicken
4 oz crumbled feta
1/2 small onion, grated
1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried or 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper
