Green Tea Tofu Shake

Ingredients

1/4 apple
1 block tofu
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp green tea powder
1/2 tsp honey

Many people don't have enough time for a nutritious breakfast, but with this healthy shake, you will only need few minutes.

Directions

Peel apple and slice it into small pieces.
Add all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend well and serve.

Additional Notes

If you want it to be sweet, add more honey. If you want it more smooth, add about 1/4 cup of milk.
