Slow Cooked Mexican Bean Dip
Ingredients
20 oz. zesty salsa or plain nonfat refried beans
1 cup shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
4 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
2 tbsp. Southwest-style salsa (with corn and chiles) or salsa of choice
Baked tortilla chips
This is a easy bean dip recipe that you can prepare with your crockpot or slow cooker. Just gather the ingredients, cook, and serve!
Directions
Combine refried beans, cheese, chiles, and salsa in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
