Baked Asparagus with Cashews and Bacon
This wonderful dish is easy to prepare and combines benefits of healthy asparagus with tasty bacon and crunchy cashews.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place light seasoned asparagus in a baking dish, sprinkle cashews and cover with bacon strips.
Bake until the bacon is cooked, about 20 minutes.
Additional Notes
Try rolling a slice of bacon around each asparagus for a great look and taste.
